Our Tenant Placement service gives you peace of mind when looking for new renters. We will provide a comprehensive process that will allow you to make an informed decision on your new ideal tenant.

This service starts with advertising and showing your rental property. All interested parties are given an extensive application form which we then process and cross reference all the information given, as well as a credit check. At this point all applications would be discussed with you. Once a tenant has been secured we would conduct the inspection report, collect the security deposit, pet deposit if required, have your tenant sign a lease and a tenancy agreement. After the process is complete the tenant and you, the owner/landlord, would begin your relationship.
